Information for Policyholders of Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company ("CBL") and Bankers Life Insurance Company ("BLIC")

Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (SHIP) Placed in Rehabilitation

On January 29, 2020, Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (SHIP) was placed in rehabilitation by the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Liquidation Orders Entered for Penn Treaty & American Network Insurance Companies

On March 1, 2017, Penn Treaty Network America Insurance Company (Penn Treaty) and its wholly owned subsidiary, American Network Insurance Company (ANIC), were placed in liquidation by orders of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
